Chakra Spa is a divinely inspired sanctuary focused on holistic wellness located in the Garden Grove building. Chakra Spa was created to facilitate health from a mind-body-spirit perspective, focusing on the whole person (often as a complement to the mental health services offered at APS). Various healing treatments are offered, including infrared sauna, bright light therapy, amethyst crystal healing treatment, a rife machine, and a jade and tourmaline bed. All help relieve stress, improve mood, strengthen the immune system, and promote overall wellness.
Infrared Sauna-Induces a parasympathetic response to aid your body in healing, resting, and digesting. This treatment soothes muscles and joints by warming core temperature, 2 person option, slimming, circulation, and toxin removal through infrared waves.
Amethyst mat-The release of infrared rays and negative ions has long-term benefits, promoting blood circulation, relieving fatigue, improving sleep quality, and accelerating metabolism.
Jade and Tourmaline mat-Negative ions aid with the relief of muscle and joint pain, increase blood circulation, improve lung functioning, and detoxify the body.
Bright light therapy-Mimics natural full-spectrum sunlight to alleviate symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder. When used regularly, can improve sleep, increase energy, boost mood, and help with focus.
PRICING:
15 minute increments available ($30/session). Bright light add on ($5 onto amethyst or jade session, or $15 for single session).
